Pascale Fournier joins the Centre de recherche en éthique de l’Université de Montréal

Pascale Fournier has been invited to join the Centre de recherche en Éthique (CRÉ) and their team of researchers as a collaborator. This renown center aims at fostering and promoting a better understanding of the field of ethics through the study of its theoretical foundations as well as through the analysis of public policies and social practices.

Professor Fournier joins the team of Ethics and Politics and will help the Center by sharing her expertise in public policy as well as her work on the intersection between politics and religion. Her contributions will be available on her personal page and on a special platform created by the Center to allow for a meaningful debate on the Charter of Quebec values.

The CRÉ has just recieved a generous grant from the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Culture and Society. This funding of 1 152 000 $ will be distributed from 2014 to 2020 and will allow the group of collaborators to conduct more in-depth research and extend its scope.
